We are thrilled to announce Newenham has won two awards at this year’s UDIA SA Awards for Excellence.
The winning categories include Best Residential Development and Marketing Excellence, which both recognise the innovative efforts that have gone into creating a flourishing community that meets and upholds the demands of both residents and the wider community.
The UDIA SA Awards for Excellence is regarded as one of South Australia’s most respected and highly regarded awards programs created by the development industry. The awards program was created to recognise and celebrate the urban development industry and showcase the amazing projects created right here in South Australia. This is an outstanding achievement for Newenham and the team delivering the project. We wanted to create an authentic Adelaide Hills aesthetic designed for the well-being of the community and it’s great to know we have achieved that and to be rewarded for it”, Olivia continued.
Our philosophy of enriching the health and happiness of our residents and the wider Hills community whilst also providing a sustainable project that enhances the natural assets of the land is shared by all of those delivering the project. This includes the collaborative efforts between Burke Urban and Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec, who were recognised in 2017 with an Award for Excellence in Sustainable Water Management for delivering innovative water management techniques to protect the environmental integrity of the Western Flat Creek at Newenham.
