Kym
Burke
Kym is the Managing Director of Burke Urban and the visionary behind Newenham.
It is Kym's commitment to creating beautiful and enduring communities that drives and encourages the passion of the team to stay true to the vision.
Olivia
Burke
Olivia is the Sales and Marketing Director and is passionate about the wellbeing of all the residents in Newenham. Olivia is focused on sales, marketing, placemaking, community activation and the development of Kitchen Farm.
Damien
Collins
Damien is our Project Director and is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of all construction within Newenham. Damien works closely with Council and key stakeholders to deliver key elements of the masterplan.
Geof
Bone
Geof is our Town Planner who has been heavily involved in designing the masterplan.
Geof has worked closely with Council to achieve a plan which allows larger allotments, wide roads, generous verges and plenty of community space.
Sheryl
Mascolo
Sheryl is our Marketing & Sales Manager and is passionate about the promoting the key benefits of living at Newenham. Sheryl leads our sales and marketing teams and is also responsible for bringing our community together through a range of neighbourhood events.
Marie
Sanders
Marie is our Sales Consultant who is on hand to help you select a block that's perfect for your individual needs. With a wide range of allotments available, you'll have plenty to choose from. Marie is passionate about customer service and delivering the best experience she can.
Ben
Walker
Ben is our Project Manager who is responsible for managing the day to day production of Newenham, including the beautiful landscaped verges and natural spaces. Ben works closely with the civil construction contractors and the design, sales & marketing teams.
