      From the beginning, Newenham’s ethos has been about having room to be yourself and living the life you want to live. With this in mind, we understand every family is unique and has different needs and aspirations, so it makes sense to offer different blocks of different shapes and sizes.

      Up until now Newenham has only sold larger allotments with an average size of more than 800m2 to date, but we are now thrilled to be releasing a limited number of  boutique blocks to accommodate those whose lives come in smaller packages.

      While Newenham’s “Signature” blocks span an average of 600m2 to 1000m2 and are perfect for growing families and those wanting to spread their wings, our Boutique allotments come in sizes from 350m2 up to 600m2. These are beautiful blocks ideal for  smaller families, or those seeking a lower maintenance lifestyle.

      “It’s really important to us that we don’t exclude those people aspiring to live in the Adelaide Hills that perhaps don’t have the budget, family size, or energy to maintain a larger allotment,” Sales and Marketing Director Olivia Burke says.

      “Owning a large block doesn’t suit everybody and everyone’s life journey is different. Newenham is a welcoming and inclusive community and we aspire to make room for people who share the same community values and are seeking to live a healthy and enriched life. We welcome people who aspire to live in somewhere as special as Newenham, no matter what shape or size their lives may be.”

      Newenham’s vision is to offer a life of health, happiness and wellbeing for everyone who choose too make it their home. Our big, deep blocks are what we are best known for and they will always remain the centre-piece of Newenham.”

       If you’re interested in securing one of five boutique allotments fronting on to Rochfort Street and backing on to a magnificent reserve, we urge you to investigate our Land for Sale page, book a site tour or drop in to the Sales Centre any day from 12 – 5pm. Please ensure to ask about the Newenham Design Service, which is a free service to assist you design or find your dream home to fit perfectly on your Newenham block.

      An additional six boutique allotments will be released soon as turn-key house and land packages. The ‘Scenic Homes’ have been custom designed by Burke Urban and Rivergum Homes with the Adelaide Hills in mind. They will be stand-alone homes, located on Newenham Parade overlooking the magnificence of Newenham’s linear park and trail and the tranquil Western Flat Creek, lined with trees and brimming with natural beauty. Turn-key means what you see is what you get, inclusive of everything from retaining, landscaping, fencing and rain water tanks, to RC air-conditioning, flooring and kitchen appliances.
