These are beautiful blocks ideal for smaller families, or those seeking a lower maintenance lifestyle.
“It’s really important to us that we don’t exclude those people aspiring to live in the Adelaide Hills that perhaps don’t have the budget, family size, or energy to maintain a larger allotment,” Sales and Marketing Director Olivia Burke says.

An additional six boutique allotments will be released soon as turn-key house and land packages.
