Anne Marie and husband first fell in love with Australia back in 2008 while living in Canberra. After returning to the US, they worked tirelessly to make the move permanent, finally settling in Mylor in 2013 on a scenic three-acre property.
But after years of maintaining a large block (complete with alpacas, sheep, chickens and two dogs!), Anne Marie began searching for a simpler lifestyle - still in the Hills, but without the upkeep.
That’s when she discovered Newenham. “I was sold on my first visit,” she says. “The trees, the walking paths, the sense of community - it felt like home.”
Now happily moved in, Anne Marie is a valued and active member of our community. 💚
