There’s so much activity at Newenham lately, including the launch of our second major land release – The Homestead Release, the creation of our linear park and pathway, plenty of fabulous families moving in and lots of construction to ensure our thriving community continues to grow and prosper.

Our latest land release – the Homestead Release has just started construction. Nestled next to the original Newenham homestead, this land is set in a lovely location and surrounded by nature. There are a range of premium allotments available in a variety of sizes, orientation and street frontages, so be sure to visit the Sales & Information Centre to find out more about these magnificent allotments.
The stunning display homes by Aspire Homes, TEK Building & Design and Shire Homes continue to be very popular and showcase Adelaide Hills living at its finest. We’re particularly happy that both Shire Homes and TEK Building & Design have been named as finalists in the HIA Sunday Mail Reader’s Choice Awards. The Newenham linear park and shared pathway is currently in construction and is due to be complete at the end of November. Our residents will be able to follow the path along the Western Flat Creek right into the heart of Mount Barker, just a short 2km stroll away, making Newenham the best located and most accessible project in all of Mount Barker.
We’re are currently working on the plans for the Newenham Farm and we’re look forward to being able to share more about this next year.
The District Council of Mount Barker has recently approved the application for an X Convenience store to be constructed at the entrance to Rainbird Drive, which will commence construction later this year. The Store will provide fuel, barista-made coffee, basic staples, grocery items and a selection of fresh food to Newenham residents and to the wider Mount Barker and Hills community.
There are plenty of other things in the planning too, including the Newenham Retail Village, an Early Learning Centre and the second campus of the highly acclaimed Kings Baptist Grammar School to name but a few.
