Have you heard of In the Raw?
Since its launch event in 2016, the In the Raw Festival is set to be an annual feature family event held at the Mount Barker Showgrounds, that solely aims to strip away ‘the clutter of life’ and help you get back to what’s really important.
Focusing on four themes – a healthy planet, healthy body, healthy soul and healthy lifestyle – visitors will be treated to inspirational and motivating ideas, products and services that work with the purpose of positively changing our lives and the world we live in.
As a residential development that has been designed for wellbeing, Newenham are proud to announce their sponsorship of this year’s In The Raw Festival on Sunday 12 November 2017 from 10am to 5pm. With our focus being to enhance the health, happiness and wellbeing of everyone who chooses to call it home, it really is a perfect fit.
Showcasing a range of Natural Health and Wellbeing Traders, including local producers of organic and wholesome foods and drinks, dietitians and nutritionists, alternative therapy services, artisans of eco-friendly products, gardening products, and exhibitors who will be able to teach you more about living your best life. There will also be a host of family friendly music throughout the day as well as face painting and henna for the kids.
The Newenham team will be there to talk with people who are also interested in the active lifestyle and engaged community we are so passionate about. From our larger allotments and focus on natural open spaces to the Newenham Farm and market cafe, we’ve been looking at all sorts of ways to make living at Newenham something truly special.

In the Raw Festival is on from 10am to 5pm on Sunday 12 November at the Mount Barker Showgrounds.
General admission is $10 / concession is $5 / under 15 and carers are free – plus it’s pet friendly provided you bring your friendly pooch on a leash. Free parking is available on Mount Barker Oval.
