There’s been a lot of exciting activity at Newenham Adelaide Hills recently, so we’d like to update you on everything from building activity and new residents, to our new Display Homes and future plans.
Our community has grown quickly this year, with many families now living on site, plenty of homes under construction and many more in the planning and approval phase. It’s truly wonderful to see so many happy families joining our community and building a new, vibrant and diverse neighbourhood.
Construction of our Estate allotments is almost complete and we’re thrilled to announce that titles are expected early 2019. These huge estate blocks are over 1,000sqm, and are perfect for those who crave the spacious country lifestyle. The official opening of our Display Village will be on January 19 and 20, but in the meantime you can inspect them by appointment by simply calling Aspire or Tek and booking a time that suits you.
