Here’s the scoop on a range of Adelaide Hills Markets for you to discover and explore.
There are an abundance ofΒ artisan food and produce markets thatΒ are closing the gap between the grower and shopper to offer fresh food direct from the farm gate, at affordable prices.
The popularity of these Adelaide Hills markets is a testament to the quality of growers in our region, and of the growing desire to support local. And this is no fly-by-the-night trend – itβs now becoming very common to do our regular weekly or fortnightly fresh produce shop at local markets.
This is something weβre passionate about at Newenham, with our very own community farm growing produce for our Kitchen Farm Pantry to serve customers with amazing local, chemical free produce. By offering larger allotments at Newenham, we have plenty of space to grow seasonal vegetables and fruit trees, and even host foraging chickens for fresh eggs in our own backyard too.
Weβre delighted with the quality of the Adelaide Hills markets and we believe they truly are some of the best artisan food, produce and craft markets youβll find anywhere β and the good news is, theyβre all just a short drive from Newenham.
From the larger established markets like Mount Barker and Stirling, to smaller country town markets, thereβs so much to discover.
But donβt just take our word for it. Mark these Adelaide Hills market dates in your diary and explore the Hills, one bite at a time!
