Newenham is pleased to announce the release of every available block in The Homestead Release, including the highly sought-after exclusive Creekside allotments.
Nestled alongside the historic Newenham homestead, in a beautiful location close to the creek, with nature on the doorstep, Sales and Marketing Director, Olivia Burke, says the Homestead Release is something special.
“Newenham was already becoming a really popular location to live, setting a new benchmark for residential development in Mount Barker, but since the Federal Government’s HomeBuilder Grant was released, we have seen a marked increase in activity and sales. This spike has led us to release every available block in The Homestead Land Release, which has seen another 31 blocks released ranging in size from 604-949sqm, including the 11 exclusive Creekside allotments.”
All of these spacious blocks are close to multiple reserves and only metres away from the Newenham linear park and pathway that connects Newenham residents to the town centre of Mount Barker, just 2kms along the picturesque walk and bike trail.
Within the Homestead Release, the 11 exclusive Creekside allotments range in size from 722-878sqm. They sit high above the Western Flat Creek, with amazing views of the Newenham vineyard, gum trees and rolling hills. They all have rear access to the creek and include rear boundary fencing to be constructed by Burke Urban along wtih a benched building pad to allow the highest level of flexibility to build your dream home.
Newenham is the only master-planned development in the Adelaide Hills offering an authentically larger allotment development, with an average lot size of 734m2.
“The premium location, the naturally beautiful environment and focus on timeless design, combine to make Newenham something special. However, the truly special part of Newenham is its tight-knit and supportive community, which has been created by Burke Urban’s commitment to connecting residents to one another through community events and programs,” Olivia continued.
“Our residents are owner-occupiers who are truly seeking a place to live, grow and connect with other people in their community. The beautiful, natural environment includes the recently completed Newenham Linear Park Trail connecting residents to the central dining, retail and shopping district in the heart of Mount Barker and on to the Laratinga Wetlands.
Other key community features being delivered include Kings Baptist Grammar School and an X Convenience store both to commence construction soon, along with the planned neighborhood retail precinct which in time we hope will include a supermarket, specialty shops, outdoor dining and main street shopping,” continued Olivia.
“The only way you can really get a sense of how Newenham is different from every other development is to visit it for yourself. I may be biased by I think Newenham is becoming one of the most desirable new communities in South Australia.”
“Our Homestead Release epitomises the leafy serenity that the Adelaide Hills are known for. These allotments are literally walking out the door so I encourage interested purchasers to visit Newenham quickly,” Olivia concluded.
