After a successful start to 2017, Newenham’s next land release is now available to the public.
Comprising 11 beautiful and generously sized allotments, Stage 3 of the Botanic Release is situated in a highly desirable location in close proximity to the peaceful and tree-lined Kidman Reserve.
Just a short stroll from the Newenham Linear Park, which follows the contours of the Western Flat Creek and in through Keith Stephenson Park, residents will have easy access to Mount Barker and local amenities.
With nice wide street frontages, these picturesque allotments are just calling for family homes to be built upon them and we anticipate they will sell rather quickly. Construction is well underway and titles are anticipated to be released by spring 2017.
Rainbird Drive is now open to the public so you can drive through and see the lots for yourself between 9am and 5pm daily. While you’re there, take a moment to immerse yourself in Newenham. We highly recommend popping in to see Ben Walker, our friendly sales consultant, who can properly explain to you the plans for this land release including not only the allotments for sale, but the future school, recreation reserves and ovals, the retail centre, shared linear path connecting Newenham to Mount Barker, the community farm and more.
If you are seeking further clarification on Newenham’s design vision, design guidelines or are interested in talking to us about how to custom design your own home to suit your budget then you may like to visit our sales centre on Wednesday afternoons between 1pm and 5pm. Brianne Mills, our talented Design Manager is on site each Wednesday to answer all of your questions. This is a complimentary service that will make your process of choosing, designing and building your next home so much more simple
