We’re delighted to announce that Newenham’s neighbourhood village has recently received Council approval. This is not going to be another ‘big-box’ development, but a beautifully designed centre with real character and charm.

All of these community assets will help to ensure that the children of Newenham and the broader Mount Barker community get off to a great start in life.
Newenham is very conveniently positioned just 2km from the town centre of Mount Barker. It will be seamlessly connected by a shared bike and walking trail that will follows the contours of the Western Flat Creek and directly link in to the existing linear trail running through Keith Stephenson Park. This linear park corridor will facilitate a healthy lifestyle for the families of Newenham and importantly provide a safe transport route for youth to commute to and from school every day.
